Drew was a vision in Gatsby-era glam at the premiere of her film Grey Gardens last night. Was she inspired by Dior's flapper-tastic fall runway look (above, right), or was it an ode to her character -- little Edie Beale -- in the HBO movie, which airs on April 18th at 8pm? Either way, she gussied up for the paparazzi in brilliant red lips and a fab Twenties-style Alberta Ferreti gown. Her classic finger-wave 'do and head piece completed the nod to flapper fashion and made for a dazzling old Hollywood, red-carpet entrance. Haven't even pulled your spring wardrobe out from under the bed yet?
